Since opening their new location on West Grand Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids last December and moving their Buick GMC dealership from Eighth Street to Grand Avenue as well, Wheelers Chevrolet has been growing and developing in the community.
Embracing the vision of their late mother, Ann wheeler, co-owners Mary Jo and Dan have brought new technology and improved customer service, along with the Chevy brand to the community.
Chevrolet left Wisconsin Rapids in 2008, and returns in 2015 when the Wheeler Family Auto Group opened their dealership.
“With Chevy having gone dark in the Rapids community for eight years, it was hard,” said Mary Jo. “People had gone to different brands, and now we need to make them aware that we are there to serve the community. It’s been a challenge.”
Mary Jo is proud of the staff at the Rapids dealership for embracing the changes and bringing awareness to Chevy in the community.
“My goal is to bring safe and reliable vehicles to families. Bringing that back into Rapids with our Chevy dealership was a big step,” she said.
